1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using My WorkLife ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

My WorkLife is a workforce management platform that provides tools for rota scheduling, timesheet management, expense tracking, leave management, team messaging, and related HR functions.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise system security
Access other users' accounts without permission
Reproduce or redistribute Platform content without consent
Use the Platform to harass, abuse, or harm others

5. Subscription and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for unused periods.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform are owned by My WorkLife and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the Platform for its intended purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

My WorkLife shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Platform in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
